A modern villa of practical design and construction of 220m² located on a south facing sea view plot. Being a ‘tight fit’, creative construction solutions were required to maximise the potential of the site and fit-in as much as possible, including a double garage under the pool. A glass roof over the gallery floods the house with natural ambient light giving it a sleek and stylish feel, combining ingenuity and practicality.
