A traditional townhouse site, family owned next to friends and family. A young family wanted this property to become their ‘forever’ home.Many original design features would be amended to afford modern-day living, from traditional design in-so-far as use of space and family living, yet, keeping the design traditional with an updated flare.

High end materials were combined to integrate the family’s needs. Pre-existing living and communal floor levels were altered to take advantage of the sea views from the rear of the property while integrating a roof terrace and open-air barbecue area closer to the family rooms. A unique townhouse was created that perfectly showcases WV’s fusion of traditional and practical.
